The home comfortably accommodates 10 persons in three bedrooms.  Master bedroom has king bed, second bedroom has queen size  bed on main level and two twin beds in third bedroom on second floor. Additional sleeping accommodations are provided in the Bonus room with a sleeper sofa and a futon.  Home is fully equipped with a Gourmet kitchen and all appliances, two log burning fireplaces, Satellite TV with HDTV for gaming and board games for entertaining are available as well

Large, indoor spacious dining area with sliding glass doors to outdoor deck dining area and propane grill provided for your use. Additional dining area on ground level porch great for casual dining while sunbathing and swimming. Large deep water dock for boating, fishing and sunbathing.  To the south of the dock is your private beach for swimming.

Home is only a stone's throw to the mainland by boat.  Pontoon boat is available to rent for additional $700.00 / week  if you so desire to explore the surrounding beaches, nature preserves and many restaurants that offer boating access close by.  Shopping on Bradenton Beach is just 1/2 mile via the Intercoastal Waterway.  The home is located on Jewfish Key, a private 26 acre island that sits in Sarasota Bay.  The location is ideal to access  the gulf beaches or spend the day shopping in downtown Sarasota which is only 20 minutes away.
