Check Availability  Minimum Rental Rate for 30 day stay: $16,000 - $21,000.00 Rates & Rental Deposit are adjusted based on length of stay. Balance is due 60 days prior to check in. Rental tax of 10.5% is extra. Pet Fee is $125.00/pet. Rental Deposit of $2000.00 due on booking for a 30 day stay. Free use of boat and kayaks for length of stay is set up for you thru separate entity. $1000.00 for less than 30 days Security Deposit Waiver Fee is $75.00 and is nonrefundable. Holiday Rates: add $750.00 to total due; Easter, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Eve. High Rates: June 2 -August18 $21,000.00 Mid Rates: Dec.12 - June 1 & Aug. 19 - Sept.30 $16,000.00 Low Rates: Oct.1-Dec 11 & Feb. 1- Feb 28 $18,000.00 **ANY PRICE INCREASE DOES NOT AFFECT AN EXISTING RESERVATION THAT HAS BEEN SECURED WITH RENTAL DEPOSIT.
A minimum $750.00 Rental Deposit is required to reserve your stay and is deducted from the rental price. The total rental payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival date along with the Pet Fee of $125.00 if applicable. Pet Fee is not refundable. You will receive a written contract 7 days before your Final Payment is Due via email. Contract must be signed and faxed back 60 days prior to arrival along with payment in full. NOTE: We will not send any additional reminders that your final payment is due other than you 1st Confirmation Letter that states the date final payment is due and your Rental Contract. If final payment is not received within 60 days of Check in, your reservation will be cancelled and deposit money will be forfeited. A "Security Deposit Waiver Fee is due when signing the rental contract and can be secured with a credit card number in lieu of payment. Security deposits waiver fees are nonrefundable. Any damages to home, personal or real property or missing items in the amount of $250.00 will be paid by charging your credit card. Security Deposit Waiver covers you up to $250.00 for any damages or missing items. CANCELLATION POLICY AND NEW HURRICANE POLICY: For all cancellations: Deposit will be forfeited. (Rebooking for a alternate date up to 1 year will be permitted in lieu of cancellation). Any additional payments and Pet Fees will be refunded in full. For Cancellations after 60 days prior to arrival, rental deposit plus 75% of rent will be retained for cancellations between 59-31 days prior to arrival. No alternate rebooking permitted. NO refund for cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival and the Deposit will be forfeited. Pet Fee will be refunded. No alternate rebooking permitted. We highly suggest that you purchase "Travel & Hurricane Insurance" to cover unexpected cancellations due to unforeseen situations and Adverse Weather like a Hurricane that does not require mandatory Evacuation of the area. If you refuse Travel & Hurricane Insurance, you will be required to sign a "Waiver of your Rights" to rebook due to Adverse Weather that does not require a Mandatory Evacuation.
